30-Day Intent to Vacate
Tenant must provide property manager with a 30-day written notice of intent to vacate. This form is for that purpose. The last day of the notice must be the last day of a month. Tenant is responsible for rent through the end of the 30-day notice. The security deposit may not be used for the last months rent. Tenant is responsible for the full month's rent if he or she is not moved by the first of the month. Keys must be returned on or before the effective date of termination.
